出生于云南德宏州的Barry寸保新是位深受故乡美食文化和烹饪技法熏陶的傣族男孩。在跟随云南、拉丁美洲和东南亚各国的大厨学习累计了10多年经验后,他逐渐在实践中创造属于自己的烹饪哲学。同时,Barry也是一名雕刻高手,经过他的手工艺的蔬果都是栩栩如生的艺术品。对国际美食充满热忱的Barry擅长东南亚菜、云南菜和西餐,并且将结合云南和娘惹的传统烹饪手法进化提升新派娘惹菜呈现给大家。
Ethnic Tai of Yunnan Province, Chef Barry is the oil of MULU Hutong gearworks, who is passionate about preserving traditional cooking techniques, while adding an innovative twist. With over 10 years experience in the kitchen and having learned from famous chefs around Latin America and Southeast Asia, he has attained a unique "savoire faire". He is also an avid crafter artisan who turns fruits to an artpiece.
陈大厨是马来西亚华人,曾在米其林星级法国餐厅培训。在2013年,他代表了马来西亚到世界仅能莱比锡赢得了最佳国家奖。他也再次在新加坡举办的世界青年厨师大赛拿到了第三名。陈大厨擅长在传统美食寻找灵感,并结合高质量的食材以及创新手段呈现最精致的菜品。
Chef Chen is Malaysian-Chinese who has been trained in Michelin awarded French restaurants. He represented Malaysia in the World Skills Leipzig 2013 held in Germany and won the Medallion of Excellent & Best of Nation. He once again won the third place at the World Youth Chef Competition in Singapore. Chef Chen is great in finding inspiration from traditional cuisine, combining high quality local fresh and seasonal ingredients with a variety of innovative ideas to present delicate creative dishes.

MULU Hutong is a bespoke private dining courtyard with two terraces by reservation only since 2013, and made its name from her Southeast Asian flair of hutong cuisine. Reservation at least two weeks in advanced is recommended.
